CPR scraping bridge thickener clarifier
The CPR thickener bridge scraper clarifier is a machine designed to treat turbid waste water from the aggregate washing process in crushing, screening and aggregate washing plants; this machine is intended to rapidly separate liquid and solid by a clariflocculation process.
This process involves conditioning by polyelectrolytes the turbid water from cyclones or other fines recovery machines, causing it to form flakes that precipitate to the bottom of the tank.
The solid part precipitates to the bottom of the clarifier and by means of the scrapers is further thickened and brought to the center of the clarifier in the appropriate conveyor cone.
The resulting sludge from this process is extracted and sent to storage tanks for natural dewatering, or to homogenization tanks to be mechanically dewatered.
The clarified turbid water through the weir channel located on the periphery of the clarifier is recovered in reservoirs or special relaunch tanks and sent back to the washing plant for reuse, minimizing the loss of water taken from the subsurface.
