Primary apron feeders

Extremely sturdy construction for the heaviest duty use in quarries. Can be used with all types of material.
They comprise:
– a framework in electrowelded steel section metal equipped with rails;
– a track formed by steel plates coupled to driving chains with sliding sheaves;
– a drive unit consisting of:
– steel wheels coupled to the main shaft, main reduction unit with oil-cooled pinion/ring gear, countershaft, secondary oil-cooled reduction unit, pulleys/belts, electric motor;
– a transmission device consisting of steel wheels assembled on guides and equipped with idlers;
– side and rear panels, unloading chute and casings;
– optional side gangway
